COTTON GINNING EQUIPMENT   TECHNOLOGICAL DATA The capacity of complete line of cotton ginning equipment is 1-20 tons seedcotton per hour. The moisture content of seedcotton should be 6%-10%. The fibre length of seedcotton should be 28-33mm. The seedcotton should be cleaned and hand-picked seedcotton. Bale weight of seedcotton is kg200 (±10kg). Bale size of seedcotton is 1060×530×780mm (international standard)   TECHNOLOGY DESCRIPTION The complete line of cotton ginning equipment includes four main systems: cleaning system, ginning system, dust removing system and elctric controlling system. Cleaning system: which includes seedcotton conveying system, seedcotton separator, seedcotton cleaner etc. Seedcotton cleaning unit Remove the hulls, green leaves, sand and other trash from the seedcotton. So it can improve the ginning lint grade and quality. Ginning system: which includes seedcotton distributing pipe system, seecotton distributor, brush saw gin, pipe system for lint condensing, air exhust system for lint cleaner, seedcotton piping conveying system, lint cleaner, battery condenser etc. Brush Saw Cotton Gin Design of the machine is based on modern scientific theory. After many tests in the field and selecting the best data, the configuration of the geometry shape of the roller box was redesigned and is now more acceptable, and efficient. Upper trash discharge unit, low lint trash contents, less percentage of good lint loss, higher lint quality and better preparation. Adjustable roller box. Setting according to the seedcotton grade and moisture content and better preparation quality.   Lint Cleaner This machine is a saw type lint cleaner, it can provide a high foreign matter removing capacity with lower fiber damage, and most of the cleaned lint can be upgraded. Self-locking garnett wire is used in saw cylinder to make the maintenance easier. Both the saw cylinder and the brush cylinder can be easily disassembled. Battery Condenser Battery condenser is used to process the before-tramped lint. It can condensing the loose lint coming from gin or lint cleaner and discharge the air and fine trash, pre-press the lint to form even batt and feed it into baling press alone lint slide. Dust removing system is a complete system which can remove dust at the end of process. Electric controlling system is a main control system in this complete production line.
