PLASTIC WOVEN BAG PRODUCTION LINE

This production line, with particulaate polyproplene plastic as the material, produce various standards P.P. woven bag according to the requirement of customer for power or particulate material parking, such as chemical fertilizer, cement, cereals, salt, mineral sand etc.. Also the range of our annual output is from 1 million plastic bags to 10 million plastic bags.

Technological Process

  Mixing
Manual mixing is required at first, with polyproplene as main material, adding certain amount of polyproplene without silicon, which contains calcium carbonate. They are put directly into the hopper of the wiredrawing machine. The adding of calcium carbonate can reduce the vertical crackles of thin film and decrease the split of the wire, thus increase the productivity of the circular loom. Other stuffings such as antioxidant and antiager can also be added according to specific needs. An inducter is fixed in the hopper to control automatially the filling of the staffing, which is of automatic wind-driven filling, thus decreasing the labour intensity for worker.

  Flat yarn production
Raw material are heated and plasticated after they are put into hopper. The barrel of the extruder is of fore-segment heating and the rotation of the rod can be adjusted continiously. According to the quality of material and the respective requirements of the flat yarn, the adjustment of temperature and rotation can change the plasticity of material. Plasticated resin are belown into film though the mould and the films are cut into flat yarns. The flat yarns are drawn in the oven or arc teat plate, finalized once in the oven or are heat plate, made into 2.7¡«2.8mm wide flat yarn with a strength of 1000 denier, and then they are winded on the spindles. The strength of the drawn flat yarn reaches 4.5kg/denier and the contraction during the finalization is 2¡«3% the flat yarn after the finalization no longer exert contraction and stabilized flat yarn make themselves smooth and neat.

  Weaving
The woven flat yarn spindle can be used directly on circular loom the tubular woven cloth is plain weave. The density is 9¡Á9 pieces/inch and folded dia of cloth bag can be adjusted from 750mm¡«500mm. The drawn flat yarn can be used directly on circular loom, elimanating such steps of process as warping and seft-windding. The amount of requipment and work-staff is dreduced and the costis lower.
Owing to the diffient operation of shuttles of circular loom compared with plain weaving machine, wefts do not twist during weaving, so the cloth is smooth on surface.
The same-sized spindle is used both for wefts and warps, thus bringing about convenience for operation. A series of automatic staffgarding devices such as automatic stopping system when wefts or warps break, which enable workers to mind moe looms.

  Cutting
According to the specific gravity of the contents to be put in the bag, woven bags can be cut into diffient length, although it is usually 800mm, with folded dia. of 750, 700, 650, 600, 550, 500mm etc.

  Printing
Relief printing in continuous way or one by one is used in printing, product name, specification, plce of making, etc., are printed in the bag.

  Bag-making
The bottoms and fringes are sewn by advanced sewing machines.

  Packing
Bale packed.
